For the 180 people who are, right now, sacrificing all or most of their lives that Japan and the world can live on. Can you imagine?

Le weekend II

Early doors we did come across mother and her offspring, it was a bit dark but pushing the 1DIII to 2000 ISO does yeild almost usable shots.

The fallow deer, despite knowing I was there, hung around long enough that I could grab two shots to make this stitch up.

Le weekend

A friend of mine came over to the wonderful world of pork and beer at the weekend and we managed to get out into the vastness of the forests. We did manage to locate some wild boar but the deer were being very unco-operative. We also managed to fit in a few hours at my tit spot.

I also got to test out the Betterbeamer at last. Really quite a nice bit of kit for bird togs and I would recommend it.

Free weekend

The family are away, you know what that means :) Hit the forest!

Saturday the sunshine did hit a little hard but early doors the mist and frost made for some nice light. This young male gave me a few minutes, looked to be following a female around and left.
